ACCA Careers is seeking a Controlling/Financial Analyst to join our Southeast Asia finance team in Singapore. The role involves managing data flows between SAP and Oracle Essbase, maintaining SAP price structures, and supporting monthly close activities while delivering detailed analyses for multiple stakeholders.

You will build robust data tools and coordinate with local and global teams, ensuring accurate reporting and streamlined processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP-based financial processes and data flows.
• Strong Excel capabilities, especially Power Query for large datasets.
• Familiarity with Oracle Essbase or similar consolidation tools is advantageous.
• Ability to organize priorities and maintain meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage data flows between SAP, Oracle Essbase, and other systems.
• Maintain pricing structures, discounts, and standard costs of SKUs in SAP.
• Support monthly closing activities and prepare performance analyses for stakeholders.
• Create and manage internal orders, cost centres, and PO approvals.
• Extract and share periodic performance reports from SAP, HFM, and history data.
• Prepare variance analyses in collaboration with Marketing and other teams.
