Job summary

EsPIRE INFOLABS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Power Platform Engineer in Singapore to design, develop, implement and maintain business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and MS 365, and a strong ability to automate business processes and build scalable applications. You will collaborate with business users and multiple technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application development, automation, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online; MS 365 ecosystem.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Power Fx, JSON, and basic JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with ALM and Power Platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform solutions.
• Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
• Build automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, and MS 365 to create integrated solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform with external systems and APIs.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, PMs, consultants, and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Follow best practices for security, governance, performance, and maintainability.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Power PlatformEngineer to join our team and support the design, development,implementation, and maintenance of business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365, with a strongunderstanding of business process automation and application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
• Build automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
• Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 to develop integrated solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and APIs.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Work closely with business users, project managers, functional consultants, and other technical teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, integration, and performance issues.
• Follow best practices for application security, governance, performance, and maintainability.
• Manage solution deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and solution specifications.
• Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
• Stay updated with new Microsoft Power Platform features and capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in application development, automation, or Microsoft Power Platform.

Good to Have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-500.
• Experience with Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Azure services and integrations.
• Knowledge of Power Platform CoE, governance, and security.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
