Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Power Platform professional to design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse. The role focuses on building automation, data models, and secure integrations while aligning with business requirements.

You will implement Copilot Studio agents to automate business interactions, integrate with Microsoft 365, and ensure scalable, well-documented solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business apps with Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven).
• Build and manage automated workflows with Power Automate (approvals, notifications, integrations).
• Develop SharePoint Online solutions (lists, libraries, permissions, forms, Power Platform integration).
• Design and manage Dataverse data solutions (tables, relationships, security roles, business rules).
• Develop Copilot Studio agents to automate interactions and improve UX.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL Server, REST APIs, and more.
• Create reusable components, connectors, and integrations for scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical designs.
• Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Follow Power Platform security, governance, environment, and deployment best practices.
• Prepare technical docs and conduct knowledge transfer to users and teams.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions, forms, and integration with Power Platform.
• Design and manage data solutions using Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
• Develop and configure Copilot Studio agents to automate business interactions, provide self-service capabilities, and improve user experience.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL Server, REST APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop reusable components, connectors, and integrations to support scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
