The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in MNC company
• 5 days' work week, Office Hours, Hybrid(3 Days Office, 2 Days Home)
• Working location: Changi

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design, development and deployment of applications and solutions leveraging on Microsoft Platform Services (such as PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Sharepoint Online etc.) to support the business units with a performant economic model.
• Analyze the business requirements and processes by collaborating with the project manager or the product owner.
• Analyze functional requirements and translate into applications and solutions which satisfy business requirements while conforming to best practices and company’s CyberSecurity guidelines.
• Perform testing (integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test) with business users.
• Render assistance to the business users to fix the reported problems.
• Ensure the smooth execution of applications in the production.
• Create, prepare, and maintain up-to-date documentation of the developed solutions & business processes (e.g., process map, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams).
• Investigate all reported problem and provide support to the business users.
• Add new features and enhancements to deployed applications.
• Share PowerPlatform knowledge with prospective and existing citizen developers during ad-hoc presentation.
• Ensure PM or PO are regulary updated on the progress of all development project
• Review and challenge quotation (in terms of scope, time, cost, and quality) provided by service provider.
• Ensure services are delivered within agreed timeframe and budget in accordance with the established scope of work meeting requested functionalities.
• Able to handle a powerhack (hackthon), from the preparation to the workshop animation and support user

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT, or related fields
• Minimum of 4 years’ of relevant experience in developing power Platform apps.
• Experience in conducting various levels of testing: integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
• Experience in documenting business processes and technical solutions (e.g., flowcharts, diagrams, layouts).
