Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Singapore is hiring a Power Platform Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to design, build, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate. You will architect Dataverse solutions, integrate with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, and work with Copilot Studio and Foundry for enterprise AI, while following ALM and governance practices.

Strong communication and client-facing delivery experience is preferred, particularly in regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience building conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topic design and knowledge integration.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse data modeling, security roles, and solution architecture.
• Experience with connectors and integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure services.
• Proficiency in Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance and Managed Environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; client stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven).
• Build automated workflows with Power Automate, including cloud flows and RPA.
• Architect and maintain Dataverse solutions with secure data models and integration.
• Develop conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and integrate knowledge sources.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft Foundry for enterprise AI scenarios.
• Participate in POC engagements with client validation checkpoints.
• Apply ALM best practices using solutions, environment variables, and pipelines.
• Collaborate with security, governance, and compliance teams to meet DLP standards.
• Document designs, transfer knowledge, and support go-live and stabilization.
