Key Responsibilities:
- Develop analog/digital control systems for switch‑mode power converters
- Write and maintain firmware for embedded controllers
- Simulate circuits, build prototypes, and conduct performance testing
- Execute validation plans for electrical, thermal, EMI/EMC, and reliability
- Prepare schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and test reports
- Manage version control and engineering change orders
- Coordinate with mechanical, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams
- Liaise with suppliers for component sourcing and qualification
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards (IEC, UL, RoHS, REACH)
- Promote ISO 9001:2015 practices
- Participate in design reviews and cost‑reduction initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers (for senior roles)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field (required)
- Design and analysis of power supply topologies (e.g., flyback, buck, boost, resonant converters)
- Magnetic component design and thermal/EMI management
- Digital control strategies using MCU/DSP
- Reliability and safety testing, FMEA/MFTA
- Automated test setups and instrumentation
- DFM/DFT principles and R&D‑to‑production support
