• Manage post‑sales responsibilities for Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products.
• Contribute to large‑scale project implementations at local and regional levels.
• Perform on‑site implementation such as testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Offer technical support to ensure customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and research.
• Routine standby for support 24x7 maintenance support calls and communicate issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of cryptographic algorithms and protocols
• Familiar with compliance standards (PCI‑DSS, GDPR)
• Hands‑on experience in implementing and operating
• Hands‑on experience designing and implementing key management solutions for enterprises
• CyberArk - Experience in PAM and Identity Security
• Check Point/Vectra - Experience in NDR and Network Security product deployment
