Job summary

A*STAR's Laboratory of Systems Biology & Data Analytics is seeking a Post-Doctoral Fellow to drive a STDR-funded project on genome-engineered hiPSCs for cell therapy. You will lead hands-on experiments, handle data, and collaborate with industrial partners BetaLife and IMCB teams to translate findings toward clinical applications.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of laboratory-based methodologies such as nucleic acid extraction, molecular cloning and human pluripotent stem cell culture/differentiation.
• Experience with genome editing and data handling for high-content biology projects.
• Strong organization, multitasking ability and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on experiments to engineer human cells for genome engineering.
• Follow analytical procedures and instrumental operation guidelines.
• Perform data collection, manage research notes and ensure data integrity.
• Support safe and smooth operation of the laboratory and project timelines.
