Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Post Sales Engineer to lead the implementation and integration of IT monitoring solutions. This hands-on role requires expertise in networking and systems engineering, with the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs. Candidates with experience in cloud architecture and scripting technologies are preferred. Attractive compensation package offered, including salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical post-sales or systems engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Understanding of Java/J2EE technologies is a plus.
  • Exposure to scripting technologies is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture and DevOps is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-sale implementation of IT monitoring software solutions.
  • Understand customer infrastructure and tailor deployments.
  • Assist in onboarding and training customer technical teams.
  • Develop best practices and monitoring templates.

Post Sales Engineer

Working days & hours : 5days, Mon- Fri 9am – 6pm

Location: Maxwell

Salary: $5000 - $6000 + AWS + Bonus

This is a hands‑on, technical position.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead post‑sale implementation, configuration, and integration of IT monitoring software solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their infrastructure (servers, networks, applications, cloud environments, etc.) and tailor deployments accordingly.
  • Assist in onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer to customer technical teams.
  • Develop and document best practices, integration guides, and monitoring templates.
  • Manage customer expectations through clear communication and proactive follow‑up.
  • Identify product enhancement opportunities and relay feedback to internal teams.
Requirements
  • With 3 - 5 years of experience working in technical post‑sales, implementation, or systems engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Understanding of Java/J2EE technologies and web applications is a plus.
  • Exposure to any scripting technology (batch/unix shell/powershell) is a plus.
  • Exposure to Cloud architecture, Containers, DevOps is a plus.
  • Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies is a plus.
  • Prior experience with enterprise monitoring tools is a plus.
