Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent freelance sales specialist to drive the adoption of our revolutionary AI vision POS system within Singapore's bakery and pastry industry. This is a commission-only, high-reward role for a sales professional who is passionate about technology and the F&B sector.

Duties
  • Market Penetration: Identify and research potential clients, including artisan bakeries, cafes, and bakery chains across Singapore.

  • Lead Generation: Conduct in-person visits to gather information and build relationships with on-site staff, and use this intelligence to engage with business owners or decision-makers.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling demonstrations of our AI POS system, clearly articulating its benefits (e.g., faster checkout, reduced errors, improved inventory management) and addressing client pain points.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and goals set in agreement with the company.

  • Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular, constructive feedback to the product team and submit reports on sales activities and market insights.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (experience in tech or F&B is a plus).

  • It will be a plus if you have connections with bakery shop owners.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both junior staff and senior management.

  • A confident, independent, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Familiarity with the F&B landscape in Singapore and a keen understanding of the challenges faced by bakery owners.

  • Must be a self-starter who can manage their own sales pipeline and schedule effectively.

  • Able to articulate the value of AI and technology solutions to a non-technical audience.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. The commission structure is generous and designed to reward high performance. We will provide full product training, marketing materials, and ongoing support to ensure your success.
