Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate nursing notes and records in the clinic.
• Communicate with doctors and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to deliver essential care.
• Ensure proper documentation of nursing notes in the clinic.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Nurse Managers of the clinic.
