The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and preferably experience in the life insurance industry. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to improve efficiency and participating in project enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in policy servicing within the life insurance industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations including supervising and monitoring the team’s performance.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
• Collaborate with department stakeholders to implement process improvements.
• Participate in projects and provide feedback on systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Day-to-day operations which include supervising and monitoring the team’s performance.
• Handle escalated customers inquiries and complaints.
• Collaborate and Liaise with Department stakeholders in implementing processes to improve operational efficiency or streamline processes and resolve policy related issues
• Participate in projects, systems enhancement and user Testing, providing feedback on system adequacies.
