Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic PMO Specialist to support Supply Chain Management (SCM) projects. The role involves establishing governance frameworks, monitoring project performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Governance & Reporting: Define and implement PMO standards, processes, and templates for SCM projects; maintain dashboards and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Planning & Coordination: Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple SCM initiatives; ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; maintain logs and elevate critical items promptly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including procurement, logistics, and IT to ensure seamless execution and alignment with SCM goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, analyze project data, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in PMO or project management roles, preferably in SCM or operations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) and strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP® or similar certification preferred.
