Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to drive strategic initiatives and manage relationships across departments. The role involves maintaining accountability in decision-making processes, collaborating with finance and analytics on performance oversight, and developing action plans for business growth. Responsibilities

  • Work with Data Analytics teams to understand the business and generate strategic insights.
  • Develop action plans to drive growth in core and new business areas.
  • Create regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct competitive research.
  • Develop and drive competitive strategies.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve organizational design.
  • Optimize internal processes to support growth.
  • Lead task forces and manage high-impact, high-priority projects.
Requirements
  • Experience in finance, strategy, consulting or similar analytical roles.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong cross functional relationships - communications and engaging with internal stakeholders of various levels is key.
  • Project and change management experience.
  • Experience in and understanding of financial and blockchain trading business a plus.
  • MBA, BA, or BS from top university.
