Position: PMO Manager

Responsibilities
  • Establish, lead, and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee Bio/Pharmaceutical construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement standardized project management frameworks, processes, tools, and governance for all building projects.
  • Ensure project delivery meets strict compliance requirements relevant to pharmaceutical and bio-manufacturing facilities.
  • Monitor, track, and report on project performance including scope, cost, schedule, quality, resources, and risks.
  • Provide governance and oversight for project execution, ensuring consistent application of project methodologies across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate reporting and communication between project managers, consultants, contractors, and senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices to improve efficiency, compliance, and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead project risk management, issue resolution, and change management processes.
  • Mentor, coach, and support project managers in planning, scheduling, procurement, and delivery best practices.
  • Support strategic decision-making by consolidating project performance data and insights for executive leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of project management experience in construction, with at least 5 years in PMO or program management roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
