Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is searching for a motivated PMO Executive to support internal IT project teams. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in project coordination and governance. Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated PMO Executive with 2–3 years of experience to support our internal IT project teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strong in documentation and coordination, and able to assist in ensuring smooth project execution across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers in planning, tracking, and reporting IT project activities.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with resource planning, budget tracking, and procurement processes.
  • Ensure project governance compliance and adherence to internal processes.
  • Prepare dashboards, weekly/monthly PMO reports, and portfolio-level updates for management.
  • Support internal audits, quality checks, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or related IT project support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT project lifecycle, documentation, and governance processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up ability.
