Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore is recruiting for roles focused on distribution transformation across Singapore channels. The opportunities aim to translate business needs into practical improvements and support day-two delivery of change for a multinational organisation.

Successful candidates will have experience as Project Manager or Business Analyst in transformation, preferably within the insurance sector, and will work across distributions and delivery structures to drive ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support distribution transformation initiatives across different internal distribution channels.
• Undertake Project Management and/or Business Analysis activities depending on the scope of the initiative.
• Support day-two improvement work as transformation initiatives progress.
• Assess business needs within the distribution environment and translate them into appropriate change activities.
• Support improvements to existing business and operational processes associated with distribution initiatives.
• Work within the programme and project delivery structure being established across the transformation initiatives.
• Support the implementation and ongoing delivery of change across the relevant distribution areas.

Company / Role Overview

A multinational organisation is undertaking a number of transformation initiatives across its distribution channels in Singapore. As these initiatives mobilise, there is a need for Project Managers and Business Analysts profiles to support the delivery of distribution transformation and day-two improvement work.

The opportunities will focus on supporting transformation initiatives within the insurance distribution environment, with an emphasis on translating business needs into practical improvements and supporting the effective delivery of change.

Key Responsibilities

• Support distribution transformation initiatives across different internal distribution channels.
• Undertake Project Management and/or Business Analysis activities depending on the scope of the initiative.
• Support day-two improvement work as transformation initiatives progress.
• Assess business needs within the distribution environment and translate them into appropriate change activities.

Job Requirements

• Experience working as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or in a comparable transformation/change capacity.
• Relevant experience within the insurance industry.
• Experience supporting business transformation, change or improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to insurance distribution environments or distribution-related transformation work.
• Ability to work across business needs and operational improvement activities.
• Experience supporting the delivery of projects or transformation initiatives from a Project Management and/or Business Analysis perspective.
