Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a skilled Trainer and Course Developer to lead hands-on PLC programming training for individuals and corporate learners. You will deliver practical sessions, assess learner performance, and provide constructive feedback to ensure mastery of PLC concepts and skills.

You will design, develop, and test training materials, align content with industry standards, and continually update materials to reflect evolving automation technology and learner feedback.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Automation or Mechatronics.
• Certification in Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA/DDDLP.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and automation concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Familiarity with PLC programming languages is a plus.
• Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing is a bonus.

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Automation or Mechatronics, proficiency in PLC programming systems.
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA/DDDLP.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and automation concepts are required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with logic programming or coding languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in industrial automation or manufacturing is a bonus.
