Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Organize the maintenance schedule for all equipment in Plating
• Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment
• Carry out all general maintenance work on plating line equipment, i.e., motor, pump rectifier etc.
• Carry out general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Liaise with vendor to perform repair on equipment or process, ensuring cleanliness
• Purchase component and spare part related to electrical and control items to minimize cost
• Daily / periodic check, record and feedback all plating equipment for continuous operation

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical
• More than 3 years of working experience in maintenance environment
• Able to read electrical drawing and Autocad experience
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance
• Able to communicate effectively
• Willing to overtime when required
