Responsibilities

• Manage a team of outsourced operation/system engineers for daily management and service delivery.
• Review operational change requests and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with operational SLAs and incident response timelines.
• Coordinate with Cloud Platform Service Providers for incident triaging.
• Track and review operational deliverables like account reviews and monthly reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational teams.
• Collaborate with platform providers for requirements fulfillment.
• Maintain updated documentation and propose automation opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to configuration standards and compliance requirements.
• Plan and test new features, upgrades, or integrations.

We’re Hiring: Platform System Manager

Join a long‑term initiative to manage and enhance Tech Marketplace, a cloud‑based platform that supports enterprise service delivery and developer operations. Tech Marketplace comprises two key platforms: Service Delivery Management Platform (SDMP) and Internal Developer Platform (IDP).

Job Highlights

📅 Contract Duration: 18 months
💰 Salary: Up to $7,000/month + AWS + Performance Bonus + Loyalty Bonus
📍 Location: 1 Depot Rd, Singapore 109679
🕘 Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
🎓 Qualification: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4–6 outsourced operation/system engineers for daily O&S management and service delivery of Tech Marketplace (SDMP and IDP).
• Review operational change requests, maintenance schedules, and deployment plans.
• Ensure compliance with operational SLAs and incident response timelines.
• Coordinate with Cloud Platform Service Providers for incident triaging and root cause analysis.
• Track and review operational deliverables such as account reviews, vulnerability management, and monthly reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational teams across Platform Service Providers.
• Collaborate with platform providers (ServiceNow Platform team, IDP catalog service providers) to ensure requirements are met.
• Maintain updated documentation (runbooks, playbooks, SOPs) and propose automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Ensure adherence to configuration standards, access management, and compliance requirements.
• Plan and test new features, upgrades, or integrations with platform teams.
• Manage system lifecycle activities including patching, upgrades, and EOL/EOS deprecation.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• More than 2 years of experience in AWS Cloud Operations.
• More than 2 years of experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Good understanding of managing enterprise IT systems or platforms.
• Familiarity with Terraform/IaC and DevSecOps processes (coding experience is a plus).
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
