Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Private Banking professional in Singapore to support delivery of business initiatives, reviews, and remediation work, producing management information for tracking and oversight.

You will collaborate with front, middle, and back-office teams, assist with COO-led initiatives, including simplification and AI-related activities, and help maintain business-owned sites and third-party/outsourcing governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' relevant experience in Private Banking.
• Self-starter with minimal guidance and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of industry practices, policies, processes, platforms, products and services.

Responsibilities

• Produce management information for tracking and oversight.
• Support ad hoc projects like documentation scoping and digitization.
• Assist with COO-led initiatives including process improvement and AI-related activities.
• Support platform BAU activities and risk/governance, including third-party/outsourcing management.
• Collaborate with risk stewards to implement controls for existing and new workflows.
• Represent the platform in working groups and forums.
• Embed compliance and control standards into business processes.
