GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Infrastructure Platforms to own the vision, strategy and execution for Grab's core engineering platform supporting 1,000+ microservices and thousands of engineers.

You will report to the Head of Product, Technical Infrastructure in a hybrid Singapore-based role, supported by dedicated engineering and design teams. This is a high-impact role for someone bridging technical depth with product leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years in Product Management for technical products or platforms.
Experience leading platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
Data-driven approach with telemetry and usage insights.
Strong storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
Proven cross-functional influence across engineering, design and data science.
Fluency with AI tools to boost productivity and product thinking.
Able to operate with high urgency across infra, reliability and AI domains.

Responsibilities

Own the platform product roadmap end-to-end and align with engineering leadership.
Define KPIs and OKRs; track adoption and outcomes for platform investments.
Drive adoption of platform solutions with internal engineering customers.
Collaborate on rigorous PRDs and ensure high-quality execution.
Lead developer experience initiatives and surface friction points for improvement.
Leverage GenAI and AI tools to accelerate research and documentation.
