Job summary

Episode Six US is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist to manage cloud infrastructure, releases, and deployments for the E6 Cloud platform. You will apply AWS cloud management, Python scripting, and IaC tooling to keep systems stable and scalable.

The role supports onboarding and migrations, regular backups, and disaster recovery planning while collaborating with multiple teams and an on‑call rotation. Based in Singapore with global presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years AWS Cloud management experience (or other relevant Public Cloud provider).
• 2+ years experience using Python scripting.
• Demonstrated infrastructure troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as‑Code tools such as Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Perform Software Releases and Infrastructure Updates.
• Multiple PaaS instances of E6 Cloud platform.
• Cloud infrastructure (e.g., RDS, LB, networking, storage).
• Linux and Windows servers.
• Maintain SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Support software development and testing activities.
• Support client onboarding and migrations.
• Routine testing of system backups and Disaster Recovery plans.
• Regular daily Infrastructure Monitoring and Maintenance.
• Create and maintain internal documentation.
• Participate in a standard on‑call rotation with other team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
