Job summary

Flo Energy in Singapore is seeking Platform Engineers to balance day-to-day operations with long-term software engineering to reduce toil. You will work across the platform to implement modern Platform, automation, SRE, observability and DevOps practices that shape Flo's engineering culture.

The role involves writing code, reviewing peers, contributing to documentation, tracing and debugging issues, and building proactive monitoring.

Qualifications

• 2 years of software development experience.
• Knowledge of IaaC with Terraform.
• Familiar with security, monitoring, and disaster recovery practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Write product or system development code.
• Review code and provide feedback for best practices.
• Contribute to documentation and update content.
• Triage issues and debug with impact analysis.
• Build monitoring that alerts on symptoms.
• Improve deployment/upgrades to be boring.
• Participate in or lead design reviews.
