5–8 years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.

Responsibilities

Build & Operate Scalable Platforms — Design and manage cloud-native, hybrid-cloud, and on-premises platform solutions.
Implement & Operate Kubernetes Platforms — Deploy, administer, and improve Kubernetes ecosystems across environments including Helm, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
Secure Platforms & Manage IAM — Implement Kubernetes security and governance controls and configure IAM/SSO solutions.
Manage Messaging & Data Platforms — Operate Kafka and RabbitMQ, and administer PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Automate Delivery & Infrastructure — Design and support CI/CD pipelines and provision infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
Drive Reliability & Observability — Implement monitoring and logging, resolve incidents, and automate processes.
