Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+).
• Collaborate with backend teams working in Java/Spring Boot to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Implement modern UI/UX design principles in collaboration with design teams.
• Optimize frontend performance, security, and accessibility across multiple devices and browsers.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and unit testing to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with banking security and regulatory standards in UI development.
• Support CI/CD deployment pipelines and participate in agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Contribute to architectural discussions and recommend best practices for frontend development within enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Working knowledge of Java or Spring Boot backend systems.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Exposure to banking or financial services applications is mandatory.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT).
• Proficient in using version control tools (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
