Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Platform Developer to support and enhance our enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role serves focusing on backend development, integration, and customization using PHP, .NET, and C#. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining LMS functionality, developing new modules, and integrating learning tools with existing enterprise systems.

Must Have

• Experience in web application development using PHP, .NET, and C#.
• Strong understanding of LMS workflows (enrolments, course completion, user roles, SCORM/AICC compliance).
• Experience with MySQL / MS SQL Server databases.
• Strong skills in object-oriented programming and MVC frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• Experience in API integration and RESTful services.
• Exposure to authentication frameworks (OAuth, SSO, LDAP).
• Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to have

• Experience with open-source LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
• Familiarity with .NET Core or Laravel / CodeIgniter frameworks.
• Knowledge of SCORM standards and e-learning tool integration (Articulate, Captivate).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with React / Angular / Vue.js for front-end module enhancements.
