Job summary

DIRECTION OVERSEAS PTE. LTD. is seeking a plasterer with 1+ year experience to perform plastering works on walls and ceilings. You will prepare and mix materials, apply plaster, and finish surfaces to meet project specifications. This role requires adherence to safety rules and proper PPE usage at all times.

The position involves following project schedules, assisting other workers, maintaining cleanliness on site, and potentially working overtime, weekends, or public holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Primary/Secondary/“O” Level or higher.
• 1+ year of related plastering experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform plastering works on walls and ceilings to achieve smooth and even surfaces according to project specifications.
• Prepare and mix cement, mortar, and other plastering materials to required consistency.
• Conduct surface preparation, plaster application, and finishing works for walls and ceilings.
• Inspect completed plastering works and rectify cracks, uneven surfaces, or defects to maintain quality.
• Follow all workplace safety requirements, site regulations, and proper use of PPE.
• Assist other workers with general construction activities and site tasks when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area throughout the construction process.
• Work according to project schedules, including overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
