Job summary

WORK MASTER ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking experienced plasterers to join our construction team, performing plastering and related tasks on site to ensure high-quality finishes and safety.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of plastering or construction experience, be physically fit, able to work independently and as part of a team, and willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays. Company-provided lodge accommodations are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of practical working experience in plastering or construction works.
• Physically fit to perform manual plastering tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Prepare and mix cement, mortar, and related materials accurately to ensure proper consistency for plastering tasks
• Carry out surface preparation and finishing works to ready walls and ceilings for final application and appearance
• Monitor and maintain quality workmanship by inspecting plastered surfaces and correcting defects promptly
• Comply with site safety regulations by following safety procedures and using protective equipment consistently
• Support general construction activities by assisting team members with tasks as needed to meet project deadlines
• Adapt to work schedules including overtime, weekends, and public holidays to fulfill project requirements
