Job summary

Cora Environment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Diploma-qualified Mechanical Technician to perform maintenance on plant equipment.

You will disassemble, service, install pumps, valves, gearboxes, and related components, and diagnose faults in a fast-moving process plant environment. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, independence, and teamwork. You will work with external vendors, maintain records in SAP, and participate in daily resource planning and safety

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent Engineering discipline.
• Preferably with three (3) years of experience plant Mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in Boiler / Utilities plant is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Independent, self-motivated and capable of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform disassembly, servicing, and installation of plant mechanical equipment (e.g., Pumps, valves, gearboxes, bearings, cylinders, belts).
• Perform corrective maintenance to diagnose and troubleshoot plant mechanical equipment failure.
• Execute scheduled, routine, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Inspect and supervise work done by external vendors.
• Carry out necessary paperwork for maintenance jobs such as MSRA and reporting.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and requisition supplies and parts.
• Identify and eliminate hazards in workplaces.
• Follow maintenance work methods and frequencies for execution.
• Daily arrangement of resources and facilities for timely completion of jobs.
• Execute maintenance planning in SAP incl PM & CM jobs.
