Plant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• To take full responsibility of the operations for the manufacturing plant
• Develop plans that help operations run smoothly
• Directing and managing plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, and shipping and receiving.
• Manage budgets and full P&L responsibility
• Manage inventory and supply chain logistics
• Recruit, train and onboard new employees
• Conducting performance reviews, motivating staff, and providing feedback.
• Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste
• Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes
• Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage
• Perform routine safety checks on equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines
• Foster good relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure business growth

Requirements:

• A Degree in Engineering field or equivalent
• To have more than 15 years of relevant experience with more than 5 years in a managerial role
• Experienced in PCB fabrication environment
• Good communication and strong leadership skills
