Job Summary

We are seeking a Facility Engineer to lead the maintenance and energy efficiency efforts within our facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the plant's infrastructure, equipment, and systems operate smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operational efficiency of plant facilities and equipment.
  • Lead and manage a team of facility supervisors and technicians.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors on maintenance and facility improvement projects.
  • Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Drive the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
  • Proactively address and resolve any facility-related concerns.
  • Prepare and manage facility maintenance budgets and expenditures.
  • Identify and execute operational improvements to enhance facility efficiency.
  • Develop and lead energy efficiency programs to reduce energy consumption.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on energy-related projects and upgrades.
  • Analyze energy data to improve energy performance and lead sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline (preferred).
  • Proven experience in facilities management, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) – Professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Stable work history (minimum 3 years in each company preferred).
