• Develop SOPs, monitor maintenance efficiency, and respond to urgent breakdowns to maintain plant operations.
• Ensure equipment and systems meet MOM regulations and handle statutory inspections and certifications.
• Supervise contractors, negotiate proposals, review reports, and manage project and RM costs effectively.
• Audit vendor performance, manage contracts, and collaborate with HQ technical teams for process and equipment improvements.
