Job summary
A manufacturing company in Singapore seeks a Plant Operations Engineer to monitor plant performances, maintain equipment, and ensure safety compliance. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Monitor & manage departmental performances against agreed targets and budgets.
- Monitor and maintain plant equipment and machinery to ensure optimal functioning.
- Responsible for fixing any mechanical issues with the equipment.
- Assist plant personnel in safety and quality control procedures.
- Plan to ensure that timelines and blueprints are accurate and budget-tied.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain regular checks.
- Work with all machinery used in manufacturing to ensure peak efficiency.
- Identify problems with machinery and potential improvements.
- Resolve mechanical issues quickly.
- Assist in production planning and inventory monitoring.

- Work with all machinery used in the manufacturing process to check that they're working to peak efficiency and maximum safety, so mechanical skills are a must.
- Spot any problems with machinery and to identify processes that can be improved to benefit the organization and the safety of the team, so applicants for this job should be detail- oriented.
- Identify ways to resolve them as quickly as possible, so problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are advantageous.
