Nestlé Singapore (PTE) LTD in Jurong is seeking an Engineer to manage and administer all plant equipment and facilities to meet operating plans and budgets. You will lead the M&I team, drive maintenance improvements and support energy efficiency initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role requires 2–5 years in maintenance/plant engineering and a Diploma/Degree in engineering fields. You will contribute to continuous improvements and in-house training for technical staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Degree in Mechanical/Engineering fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in Maintenance/Plant engineering.

Responsabilités

• Define, propose and monitor Maintenance & Improvement (M&I) plans and objectives per NE E policy.
• Maintain and repair manufacturing plant & ancillaries at Jurong factory.
• Ensure smooth operation of plants and equipment and drive improvements in efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate the M&I team and maintain competencies and performance.
• Propose and implement M&I processes, procedures and resources; act as TPM PM pillar facilitator.
• Propose and control the M&I budget.
• Undertake improvement projects, minor and major.
• Support Energy management on Energy and Water Saving programs.
• Conduct in-house training (Theory & Practical) for staff to maintain competency.

As an Engineer, you are responsible in managing and to administer with technical competence, all manufacturing plants' equipment & building in Jurong factory meet company operating plans, budgets and goals.

A day in the life of an Engineer..

• Define, propose and monitor the Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) plans and objectives in accordance with the Engineering Policy, Key Principles and the M&I Activity as outlined in the Nestlé Engineering Excellence (NEE) master document.
• Maintenance and repair of manufacturing plant & ancillary equipment and building. Milo Plant ( Process and Fill & Pack)
• Responsible for the smooth operation of manufacturing plants & their ancillary equipment. Institute continuous improvements to existing equipment's performance and efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate the M&I team and maintain competencies, motivation and performance to achieve the M&I teams mission and objectives.
• Propose and implement work processes, procedures and technical resources related to the M&I team. Facilitator of TPM PM Pillar
• Propose and control the M&I budget.
• Undertake improvement jobs, minor and major projects
• Assist Energy management champion on Energy and Water Saving program
• Responsible for conducting in-house training (Theory & Practical) for selected employees to be technically competent to carry out their duties.

What will make you successful:

• Diploma in Engineering, Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering fields
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Maintenance / Plant engineer
