A global services company in Singapore is seeking a Scheduling/Planning Lead to develop and maintain project schedules in the Life Sciences industry. The role includes facilitating planning sessions, conducting risk analysis, and implementing schedule control systems. We are currently looking for Scheduling/Planning Lead to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules on P6 covering engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, and operational readiness, ensuring all activities are fully integrated.
  • Create conceptual and detailed schedules with clear assumptions, productivity norms, constraints, and supporting documentation.
  • Facilitate planning sessions across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to align milestones and resolve conflicts.
  • Lead schedule risk analysis (SRA), define contingencies, identify critical risks, and recommend recovery or acceleration plans.
  • Implement schedule control systems and progress measurement tools, review contractor schedules, and ensure performance reflects project reality.
  • Align schedule with cost and risk data, supporting accurate forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly schedule reports and dashboards, tracking trends, float erosion, and progress against key milestones.
  • Support training and continuous improvement in planning and scheduling best practices across teams.
