Assist to supervise the development, administration and coordination of overall crisis management/business continuity efforts for Marina Bay Sands and Security Service Department.
Plan and oversee specific security projects/events as directed by Head of Branch/Vice President, Security Service Department.
Maintain professional skills by staying abreast of current developments and participating in developmental programs available within and outside the company.
Supervise and train Team Member(s) under his/her charge in specific roles and responsibilities.
Conduct performance appraisal reviews for Team Member(s) under his/her charge.
Work in partnership with MBS’ Departments to ensure crisis management/business continuity plans are developed/adopted for respective business units.
Administer and update the MBS’ Crisis Management and Business Continuity Dashboard on SharePoint.
Assist in Business Continuity Management Working Group (BCM WG) secretariat duties.
Liaise with vendors for the Business Continuity Program at Marina Bay Sands.
Collect, analyze, and disseminate security research information and trends related to security threats in a timely manner.
Assist to review/draft Emergency Response Plans, Business Continuity Plans, operating procedures, briefing materials, and reports.
Assist to conduct/coordinate training, drills/exercises (TTX/GDX) with MBS’ Departments and external stakeholders i.e., Police, SCDF, LTA etc.
Keep abreast of technical developments and identify/recommend new technologies which ensure best practices and/or improve the efficiency of security operations.
Perform all other tasks in the Integrated Resort, including CAT B Special Employee License tasks, as directed by Head of Branch/Vice President, Security Service Department
Minimum ‘A’ levels or Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Business Continuity Certified Professional certification preferred.
Must possess a valid Special Employee License during his/her employment.
Planning, Business Continuity Management / Crisis Management experience from Government organisations / Financial sector/ Security industry required.
Some data analysis or research experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills and good organizational ability.
Resourceful and a team player with good interpersonal, excellent written and communication skills.
Able to multi-task.
