Overview

Job Title: Planning Manager (A2 Construction Company) (ID4731) – Location: Kaki Bukit – Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.00pm, Sat 8.00am-12.00pm – Salary: $8000-$9000

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain and update the Master Programme / Baseline Schedule for projects using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Work closely with Senior Project Manager/HOD to ensure project milestones and deliverables are aligned with the project plan.
  • Monitor and track project progress against approved schedules and provide regular progress reports.
  • Conduct delay analysis and provide recommendations for Extension of Time (EOT) submissions when necessary.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of works.
  • Identify potential risks or delays, propose mitigation measures, and highlight impacts on cost and timeline.
  • Support feasibility studies by preparing preliminary schedules and resource allocations.
  • Ensure project planning complies with contractual requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Senior Project Manager/HOD.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of planning experience in main-construction projects.
  • Proficient in project planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in critical path analysis, resource planning, and EOT claims.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
