Job summary

A leading transport operator in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Planning Executive to support the planning and optimization of retail and commercial spaces. Responsibilities include preparing management reports, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with various internal departments. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years of experience in planning or property management. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in planning, retail space management, or commercial property preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare stakeholder and management reports including business and performance updates.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to prepare monthly financial performance reports.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources for space planning and portfolio optimization.
  • Support feasibility studies and scenario planning for new business developments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align planning efforts with business priorities.
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking internal meetings including board meetings.
