Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Drive Supply Review activities within S&OP and MPS, including CRP, COP, and management reviews.
• Develop and maintain supply plans balancing demand, production, inventory and supplier capacity.
• Lead execution of approved supply plans and manage changes to ensure continuity.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to monitor commitments and resolve issues.
• Monitor inventory performance and recommend actions to optimize levels while maintaining service.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, Product Group, Finance, Innovation, Engineering and other Central Planning teams for alignment.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, data quality and supply chain performance.

The Central Planning team is at the heart of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) processes, ensuring that customer demand, production capacity, and supplier capabilities are aligned to support our business objectives.

As a Planning Engineer – Supply Analyst, you will play a key role in building and executing supply plans that balance customer demand, manufacturing requirements, supplier constraints, and inventory targets. Working in a dynamic and international environment, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain while continuously improving planning processes.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Supply Review activities within the S&OP and MPS processes, including Capacity Review Planning (CRP), Consensus Operating Plan (COP), and management reviews.
• Develop and maintain supply plans by balancing customer demand, production requirements, inventory objectives, and supplier capacity.
• Lead the execution of approved supply plans and proactively manage changes to ensure supply continuity.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to monitor commitments, resolve supply issues, and support business needs.
• Monitor inventory performance and recommend actions to optimize inventory while maintaining service levels.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, Product Group, Finance, Innovation, Engineering, and other Central Planning teams to ensure planning alignment across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, data quality, and supply chain performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
• Results-driven with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in supply planning, S&OP, MPS, or supply chain management is an advantage.
