Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and control the overall construction schedule, including preparation and regular updates of the Master Programme.

• Update planning and control documents to reflect planned works, actual progress, revised sequences, additional works, and time impacts.

• Monitor site progress and resource deployment, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower and equipment reports for submission to the Client.

• Issue regular progress and planning updates to Construction, Engineering, and Contract teams.

• Prepare, compile, and submit Monthly Progress Reports, including maintaining site progress photographs and videos for records.

• Carry out progress analysis to identify delays, assess schedule impacts, and recommend mitigation measures.

• Perform delay analysis and prepare recovery programmes where required.

• Prepare substantiation records and summaries for excusable delays.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

• Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling.

• Proficient in project planning tools (e.g. Primavera P6 / MS Project).

• Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
