Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• To organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting the team during the project.
• To coordination with others subcontractors on schedule planning.
• To produce baseline schedule (time and resources) for design, submission, procurement, fabrication, testing, installation and inspections.
• Produce and maintain the good quality work on project schedule, inclusive frequent updating project schedule with physical site progress.
• Preparation, monitor, maintain and update schedule with design/construction team and coordinate with others subcontractors.
• Able to prepare contractual required external reporting, as well as internal reporting in daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain a log of design and site changes, and update the master schedule with time and resources implication due to changes.
• Any other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or others relevant qualification.
• Minimum Experience : 2 - 4 years related experience
• Able to perform project schedule on PRIMAVERA P6 and Microsoft project.
• Familiar with planning or structural works in Building with basement
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
