Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and weekly progress reports for clients.
• Review and comment on subcontractor’s construction plans.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Reports to Planning Manager
• Review and understand all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to the project
• Prepare monthly and weekly progress reports for clients
• Joining all related meetings to keep track of project progress and construction plans
• Review of initial Mater programme and set-up actual SRP (Short range), MRP (Mid range), Fortnightly and Master programme.
• Review and comment subcontractor’s construction plans and programme, and incorporate into SRP, MRP Programme.
• Able to keep track of project progress and identify possible delay events with mitigations such as re-sequencing of work etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Architectural or Civil Engineering
• At least 7 years of working experience in Building Projects
• Preparing EOT Claim supporting documents
• Familiar with Programming Software(s) such as Primavera and MS Project
• Able to work with minimum supervision
