Linesight Pte. Limited is seeking a Planner/Senior Planner to lead the development and management of baseline master integrated schedules for large construction projects.

You will work independently on scheduling tasks while actively contributing to the team and maintaining strong client-facing communication. You will update periodic client reports, align with project execution plans, and collaborate with key partners to manage interdependencies.

You will be responsible for the planning services on large construction projects. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently from a scheduling perspective but expected to participate and heavily contribute to the team environment as well.

The Planner/Senior Planner will develop and manage a baseline master integrated schedule, assist the contractor with schedule set-up and perform schedule health checks in line with scheduling best practices. The Senior Planner will also be expected to develop and update periodic reporting internally to the client and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be client facing with proven communication and organizational skills, reporting directly to the client/senior stakeholders.

In this role you will:

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines, using critical plan method
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project deliverables is defined via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome
• Ensure schedule adheres to the project execution plan and in particular contracting, procurement and project control strategy documents and plans.
• Provide regular updates on schedules progress

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Are a construction scheduler / planner with complex building experience, ideally in the data center space
• Have grown your planning and scheduling skills over a minimum of 5 years
• Have demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience, and expertly interpret and communicate findings to key partners
• Have working experience using Primavera P6 planning software to build your schedule
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction
• Are detail oriented and quality focused
