Job summary

NCS seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer with PKI and cryptography experience in Singapore. You will define cryptographic information standards, inventory cryptographic assets, and develop CBOM/SBOM guidance.

The role includes migration strategies, PoC activities, and hands-on testing in a secured test environment. You will engage clients, translate findings into practical guidance, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success in government/critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Information Security.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on PKI management experience.
• Strong cryptography knowledge and practical experience.
• Experience with cryptographic asset discovery and inventory development.
• Ability to develop practical cybersecurity guidance and methodologies.
• Experience with security testing, VAPT, scanning, and code review.
• Singapore Citizen required due to project sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Define cryptographic information using SBOM/CBOM standards.
• Develop methods to discover and inventory cryptographic assets and CBOM guidance.
• Create AI, cloud, and IoT archetypes from practitioner perspective.
• Develop migration strategies to minimise business disruption.
• Conduct PoC activities, workshops, and training with clients.
• Support methodologies with relevant research and hands-on testing.
• Build and maintain a test environment with tools and licenses.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Engage with clients professionally and foster relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
• Translate technical findings into practical guidance for project teams.
• Facilitate training and review sessions.
