Job summary

A food service company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Food Preparation Associate. The role involves food preparation, cashiering, and crafting pizzas. Responsibilities

1. Food preparation before the start of the operation.

2. Pulling and fitting of dough before conditional for proofing.

3. Cashiering (ensure billing accuracy) and taking orders.

4. Crafting of pizza based on incoming orders.

5. Defrost dough to be prepared for next day service.

6. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment used.

7. Stock taking and ordering of stocks to ensure sufficient stock.

8. Perform First In First Out (FIFO).

Requirements

Maintain good grooming standards, be service oriented, and provide good customer service.

Willing to learn, good attitude and positive thinking.

At least 1 year of F&B experience (no experience is welcome to apply).

Lunch provided

Any 5 working days in a week (rostered), 44hrs a week
