We are looking for a dedicated and organized Pilates Studio Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis on weekend. Responsibilities
General Administrative Duties
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of written correspondence.
  • Handle day-to-day transactions and address client queries related to billing and accounts.
  • Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Receive and manage mail, faxes, and courier services.
  • Oversee the purchasing of office supplies and ensure studio operations run smoothly.
  • Register new clients and update the client database accurately.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and staff regarding scheduling and appointment tracking.
Sales & Inventory Management
  • Ensure that the retail area is well-stocked and organized.
  • Receive stock and deliveries while managing inventory efficiently.
  • Assist in selling and promoting studio products and services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a client service representative or in an administrative role.
