Job summary

NAFAS, a boutique Pilates studio in Singapore, is seeking a passionate Pilates Instructor to lead boutique group and private classes, focusing on alignment, mobility, and rehabilitation goals with expertise and care.

Deliver sessions on Reformer with tower, maintain studio standards, and adapt teaching to clients with mobility challenges or chronic pain, including weekend and public holiday shifts. Competitive hourly rate and incentives offered near Beauty World MRT.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor certification from a recognized institution (Mat and/or Reformer).
• Ability to engage and motivate clients of all ages.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver boutique group classes using Reformer with tower and/or private sessions.
• Maintain studio equipment and cleanliness to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Job Summary

Join our pioneering team as a Pilates Instructor delivering boutique group and private classes, maintaining studio standards, and supporting clients’ wellness and rehabilitation goals with passion and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver boutique group classes using Reformer with tower and/or private Pilates sessions to improve clients’ fitness and well-being
• Maintain studio equipment and cleanliness to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Adapt teaching methods confidently to support clients with mobility challenges or chronic pain
• Communicate effectively to engage and motivate clients of all ages toward their wellness goals
• Demonstrate flexibility by working on weekends and public holidays when required

Required competencies and certifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor (minimum Mat and/or Reformer) from a recognized institution such as STOTT, BASI, or Polestar

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Rehabilitation and/or clinical Pilates certification advantageous
• Experienced teaching certified Pilates classes and working with clients managing mobility or chronic pain

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $50-70
• Yearly incentive based on total working hours
