Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Picking and packing customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Warehouse Management: Opening/closing procedures, organizing goods in racks, chillers, and freezers.
• Inbound Logistics: Receiving deliveries from suppliers.
• Delivery Coordination: Scheduling and working with driver partners.
• Inventory Control: Monitoring stock aging, expiries, and temperature logs.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with other teams for smooth operations.

Work schedule

• 44 hours a week
• Six 6-8 hour shifts a week
• Rotating shifts between 6am and 12am
• Transport to/from claimable ifno public transport available

Essential Experience / Criteria

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with IMS/WMS systems, barcode scanning, and basic reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational ability, and responsibility.
• Work Conditions: Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments and commit to rotating shifts (including weekends/public holidays).
• Preferred Background: Experience in supermarket, e-commerce, or supply chain operations.
