Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in community care sector

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical function, analyze findings, and establish physiotherapy diagnosis.
• Develop treatment goals based on physiotherapy diagnosis with the client and family.
• Implement physiotherapy interventions (exercise, therapeutic modalities, education) based on client needs.
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Communicate with other health care professionals about goals and care plan.
• Maintain detailed records of client treatment and progress.
• Participate in discharge planning or transition of care.
• Conduct research in physiotherapy and related fields.
• Develop physical-health promotion programs and screening tools.
• Supervise a team of rehab assistants to carry out interventions.
